Add 1 cup cold water to blender.

Peel horseradish like potato in cold water. Cube and add to blender to 4 cup mark.

Pulse blender until proper consistency is acquired. Wait 3 minutes for maximum heat. Add 1/2 cup white vinegar and 3 teaspoons salt.

Pulse to blend.
